We set ourselves apart by being passionate about our work and committing to be a properly licensed general contractor. In dealing with us, you’ll find that we offer firm price projects rather than the “estimates” many others provide. You’ll know exactly what the project costs before committing to it. We recommend that you clearly establish the price before hiring any contractor. Additionally, many so-called “contractors” are not properly licensed to perform most aspects of outdoor living projects thus they have no ability to secure building permits. Do yourself a favor and hire a properly licensed general contractor. You, your family and your home deserve it!

Gant Design and Build are the most professional company I have ever worked with. They provided me a tentative estimate on site on the first visit, They were a pleasure to work with. They clearly explain the details of the process from beginning to end. The work when finished was impeccable. I could not have been happier. The best part is that they made the process easy from the beginning to the end. I will never call another contractor. I have found my contractor for life!

Our front porch project was a small one in comparison to many of the jobs Gant Design Build takes on, but it was a big one for us! The porch, railing and pavers changed the entire look of our home! It's no longer just a small renovated river cabin...thanks to Barry and his great crews, it's now a small renovated river cabin with a beautiful front porch that visually draws you in and welcomes you to come and sit a while! Thanks guys!!
