It was the most horrible experience" first he said he would be done in two days ,he just fit me in whenever,took 4 saturdays when he was done with ither stuff!then ruined my carpet which was very expensive and replaced with cheap generic crap!he put all the tiles in ,now grout coming out ,he was supposed to make it 40x 36" didnt change the size at all excpet shorter in the front then filled the gaps he left in the wood work with nasty chaulk,i needed this done to fit a shower chair for after my back surgery!its 30x293/4, the drain screen keeps coming out Nd causing me to get hurt,the toilet is generic as they come qith plastic lid,that caves in when u sit on it,and the seat has made me fall because it wont stay put,and he left tall screws where it goes in the floor no caps that should of been cut off!i will never hire him again! I feel such grief and handicapped ,, he was told not to get od but someone at the ins. Com. Messed up,therefore when i have tried to contact him to fix these issues has refused to answer! He also promised to make a resession for me to put my foot and did not.dont hire him!he will charge you the most he can then use the cheapest crap,how dare you take advantage of a disabled senior?!
