Horrible experience. I hired Bouyack Home Services to build a deck and they didnt meet any of the said deadlines and even outsourced my job and it was totally messed up. Even when they tired to fix the errors, they lacked the skill set to fix the job. Post out of plumb, broken joist were scabbed over. Deck was a total mess. I had to hire another company to fix the deck and it was fixed by completely undoing everything Bouyack Home Services did. I would not recommend this vendor to build a basic dog house.

Byron: remodeled my bathroom and bedroom. Both rooms needed a new ceilings which he installed with really nice pattern. Also installed new plumbing for a new shower, tile, and shower doors. He also moved and installed new lighting in both rooms. He moved electric outlets and created new connections for washer and dryer. Did a great job building a new exterior wall and installing new windows. Byron did an excellent job installing drywall. Byron has an excellent knowledge of all aspects remodeling.

Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!!! With exception of the Appointment for the original estimate, they were never on schedule for anything!! Some days that they were suppose to work, they never showed and never called. Other days they would show up half way through the day and only work a few hours. We couldn't even house our friends that had come to town because this contractor knows how to promise and blow smoke, but then never follows through!!! I would rate them with a negative if given the choice

We had Byron and his crew prime and paint two rooms for us. We also had him do some drywall repair and re-plaster a ceiling that had some water damage. He did a great job. Showed up on time. Only took two days. I plan on using Bouyacks Home Service again!
