A con artist and is out to pry on the less informed stay clear of Justin armor

This guy is a con artist. Do not use him. He will promise one thing and do another. Not honest. A phony who does not care about anyone, but himself.

For reference, the majority of communication has been through text or email: I contacted Justin on 1/4/21 to get an estimate on a sink hole in my yard. He came out that day and said he could do the work in the next couple of days. He said he'd be back the next morning to put up caution tape and would have the quote that night. The quote and tape came on the 6th. The price seemed fair and I asked to be put on the schedule. On the 8th Just said he would have a contract out on Monday (11th) and have me on the schedule. I contacted Justin on the 12th because I had not seen anything. Response I got was "it will be sent ur on the schedule". When I asked to know when I was on the schedule Justin said he'd let me know when he was done for the day. Nothing came. On the 13th I contacted Justin again at 7:05AM to say that I need to know the date. Only response was "next week". His response was at 8:30AM. I asked again for the exact day. No response. At 4:08PM I asked again. The response as "Haven't looked at my schedule since other day was sick last night crashed when I got home didn't forget bout u". I again said that I need to know soon. No response. On the 14th I asked again. I was told I was on the schedule towards the end of the week. I called Justin to ask if it could be done any sooner and he was rude and unprofessional. Justin started yelling about how he was sick and no one else will be able to do the work for me. After this, I am now using another contractor. I understand being sick, but the lack of professional communication and being consistently late is concerning. If Justin could say he put me on the schedule, he should be able to offer a date with it. As the hone trying to hire a contractor, I should not have to hound you for updates on when the contract will be sent (never was) or when you scheduled me for the work. Do yourself a favor and run, don't walk, away from Justin.

This person was "on the Job" for 2 months only doing a partial demo and gave us excuse after excuse as to why things were not progressing on the project. We found out he did not pull permits at the beginning of the project, was never at the project when I did check ups and every time we asked became hostile, defensive and yelling obscenities. We also found out he has active cases for harassment and threats against other people as well as a long history of cases in the judicial system. We finally let him go and our deposit we gave was not returned. We are taking legal action against him, will do what we need to do to get our money back. Will return with an update. Evidently he has done this to other people so we are not his first victim. Beware and Run!!
