It?s unfortunate we received this bad review due to damage from a storm on a job that I did for free in addition to the front screened in porch project. Mainly bc after finishing the screened in porch and taking pictures of roof repairs that I spent my own mo way for materials for. We took completion pics with my banner and they were satisfied with all of the work. The next day after I left a very bad storm came through and caused damage. I came back out and addressed what areas I saw as needed. Another storm and hard rain come again and they called me back again wanting me to fix it for free again. I messaged back about setting up a time to come out with no response only a bad review. This is not a fair review at all. We?ve been with porch for 2 yrs now and ya e had no issues or problems with our work or satisfactory rate. So I do t understand the 1 star rating
