If I could give this business 0 stars, I would! First thing first, this guy name Bernie who I assume is the owner of this horrible company calls me to say that he needs his deductible before he walks into my home....what!? I have had servicemen come into my home and do quotes for free but for some reason he wants money? That should have been a red flag right there. THEN he comes in, resets the circuit breaker and I have not seen the likes of this guy SINCE! He was supposed to come back and do actual electrical work but never came back because he wasn't in the area. After a while, he stopped answering his phone and his fake receptionist is very unprofessional and rude. I called the warranty company and disputed the charge on my credit card. How can you charge me for work you DID NOT COMPLETE! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

I was in touch with DeLellis Electric to get my radon fan replaced. At first, they seemed interested in the work and very helpful. They ask me to send a photo of the unit with as much information as I could (make, model etc) and responded quickly by email stating they would have an estimate Monday of the following week. Monday came and went, no estimate. I waited until Wednesday and called to leave a message - no reply. Same thing Friday. Called again on Monday, left a message with the receptionist asking to speak to the guy I was in contact with (Bernie). Again, no reply. Called a fourth time, left another message this time stating it was over a week since I last heard from them and this is the fourth time calling. Finally, a couple of hours later Bernie called. He said he was sorry, they couldn't do the job as the state has some licensing they didn't have and from a liability standpoint couldn't do the job. He found this out on Friday, I had to call 2 times after Friday to get an answer. I asked since he couldn't do the job and as he found a replacement radon fan could he forward the information to me. You bet, Bernie said - right away. It's almost 2 weeks now and I haven't heard a thing. While they may be good electricians, this is the worst customer service I have had. Suppose they did the work and something happened where I needed them to come back. I have a feeling it would be a repeat of trying to get in touch with them.
