COPE is a local family owned and operated Construction and Renovation company located in the heart of Southern Chester County, PA. Norm Madison, our production manager, has over 30 years experience as a carpenter including 10 years as a home builder. Prior to launching COPE as a home repair and handymand service in 2011, company co-founders, Tracey and Drew Cope, operated a 501(c)3 non-profit volunteer home repair ministry for 8 years, serving over 200 families along the route one corridor from Nottingham to Kennett Square. In 2019, they updated their name to reflect their current focus on major renovation and new construction projects. No need to hassle with four different contractors, from four different trades, with four different crews, all on different schedules, trying to get your job complete.
