This is the worst experience I have EVER had with a handyman. My story is too long to post everything but I will say," everything looks and sounds professional in the beginning. Research well---check out company thoroughly and you will quickly run the other way. I will also add that you should consider another referral source. There are no background checks on the companies that Porch allows into your homes. They are extremely difficult to reach and if you attempt to have their warranty/guarantee honored...good luck! Save your hard earned money and frustration by choosing another truly reputable company. If there was a zero rating---I would give it!

Russel Vessel came to my house and quoted a price for a custom (square) rain gutter extension. He quoted $350 in writing. Required a $200 cash deposit. He was professional and convincing and conned me out of my money, promising a quick turnaround of the next day for the job. THAT WAS THE LAST TIME I SAW RUSSEL VESSELS. After many excuses, false promises to do the job and then after he agreed to return my money he was a NO SHOW, NO CALL two days in a row. Now he blocks my calls and does not return messages. We feel SCAMMED AND ROBBED of our hard earned money. His total time effort for the job was a con that lasted about ten minutes. Don't be fooled by his charm. I cant speak for his work because he didn't do any.
