Zac was cleaning a parking garage in Coeur D Alene and i have a small garage inside the largee harage and had asked hin to spray it out if he could. The job took 10 minutes and was 200sq foot unit and he did it while doing part of a bigger job and at the end i asked him what i owed him and he told me not to worry about it. i recieved the bill and it was 150 dollars for what was 10 minutes of time and the unit still had dirt in the unit. i contacted Zac and he told me if i wanted to send pictures to the owner of his business i could and (even though he is the owner) that he normally charges 850 for a spray out of a garage. He was short and rude on the phone and the last 5 minutes of the call was him ranting and raving at me and then he hung up. No one likes to be ripped off and everyone wants value for their money. If you use his service make sure you get a quote prior. thank you

Owner Zac refuses to finish the job and is now threatening to take us to small claims. The owner also verbally assaulted me during the previous conversation which is very unprofessional. Very bad experience overall and would not recommend their services.
