They only did half the project with promise to refund that part. They also started and finished the project without notifying anybody and left trash pieces in the yard.

We hired Champion Home Improvements to help us figure out what was causing the excessive water around the entry to our walk out basement. They recommended gutter cleaning and installation of covers. The cleaning along revealed why no water could run through the gutters -- they were full of gook. The pricing for cleaning + installation was fair. Work began within a day of us remitting the deposit. Work crew showed up bright and early, did their job, cleaned up behind themselves and emptied composting leaves from the gutters into our garden. Very pleased with service and would recommend for similar projects.
