Poor quality of work and dirt poor customer service!

The owner is very dishonest and unethical. Also, the workmanship is very poor, along with horrific Customer Service. The concrete that was poured on September 27, 2021 looked horrific, even after curing in 28 days - badly discolored, because of how they prepped it, when it was poured. In addition, there are cracks in some area and crumbling. The forms were removed 5 hours after the concrete had been poured, which was too soon, it also helps explains some of the results. On October 14, 2021, during a phone conversation, with the owner, he stated, numerous times, that he would make sure that I was satisfied and would give me my money back as well. He did neither. He was also very rude. This business is listed as an A+ accredited business on the BBB website, however, it is not because they earned it. Turns out that the BBB has some integrity issues of their own, they are also very misleading. How are consumers reporting unethical businesses, like this one, only to find out that this same business is paying the BBB? S&S Concrete Services paid for the BBB accreditation, as all BBB-listed accredited businesses do - Pay-to-Play. I would NOT recommend S&S Concrete Services!

The owner and staff at S&S Concrete Services provided very poor customer service and crummy work! Very unprofessional - work and craftmanship.

Please find professionals. My grandmother's driveway is coming apart. It was done by S & S Concrete six months ago. My dad contacted the owner who was very rude and refused to fix the problem. My advice LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!!
