We paid Mr. Benedict @ $10,000 to install new equipment in our home less than six months ago. Mr. Benedict never gave us the paperwork showing that he registered the equipment with the company who sold him the unit and we have been contacting him (via text, email, phone and Facebook messenger) for the past two months because it is over 94 degrees INSIDE the home and only the FAN will come on, the CONDENSER is not coming on. Don's response was that he would be here. Instead he went on vacation with friends. It's a shame when someone tells you, "I always take care of my friends" and then fails to return and finish a job. I would suggest you go with a company that has something MORE than a magnet stuck on the side of their personal truck and go with a licensed and reputable company.
