The Original Painter is fully insured for residential and commercial services. We do NOT hire illegal workers and both of our lead painters have each been painting and fixing drywall for over 20 years. Our estimator measures out each surface to give an accurate estimate. Products and process will be clearly discussed and we will send an itemized estimate for you to review. You will be provided an opportunity to pay after the job is completed. **Some estimates require a small fee**

| M.C. | Jan 2014 | This house was built in the 1930's. It was moved to its current location and was added onto. No insulation was inside the walls so by adding siding to the outside enabled there to be an added barrier to the elements. We pulled a permit with the City of Bryan and got to work. We installed Hardie Plank Lap siding and painted the exterior with a high grade satin finish paint.. We also added cedar pickets around the deck and applied Behr Deckover. The metal roof frame was also painted. Finally we hung two sun shades to keep the sun off the newly finished party area. This home is beautiful! | $12k | Bryan, TX | |
