We hired Mike last April to complete a kitchen update to our relatively new home. At first everything seemed to be going alright. However, after the first three weeks, things started to be delayed. I understand that there are always delays with getting everything together, but the delays and lies continued through the entire summer and all the way through the holidays. I never received my kitchen cabinets and had to purchase them again. I also went against my better judgement and paid Mike ahead of time for the third part of the estimate. After he picked up that check, I never saw him again. He stopped responding to my texts and emails. He stated that he was having health issues, but never followed up with how he was going to finish the job. I sent a demand letter to receive all assets that I had paid for and never heard back. He always had an excuse of why something wasn't done yet. The nightmare went on for months. I will be moving forward with legal action after this whole pandemic is over.

Mike took my client's money, left the project partially finished, and was never heard from again. I hired Mike Labetti after he finished work for my brother, and I'm quite pleased with the results on my home as well! His company completed renovated my 1950s-era kitchen and two bathrooms, replaced 3 entry doors and their storm doors, landscaped the front of my home (including lighting), and replaced the walkway from the driveway to the front door. Everything looks great!
