Justin Loehr was on my job one day, his son and crew put up my building the rest of the project. He said he did not bid the insulation that was on the building so a few days before he came he tacked on extra 1200 more or he would not come do the job. He bid the Job in July and came in September to do the job. The insulation was part of the package from the beginning. My building is up. however every door frame has light coming in Because there are over 100 screws missing around my 6 door openings each of my 3 12 foot garage door sides has only 3 screws in them on each side. My 14 ft garage door has 3 screws per side. My walk through doors have 2 screws. He wanted to put white caulk on my red trim as a solution instead of installing the over 100 screws missing. I have a 40 x 60 building yet they messed the roof up so badly they cut a 5 inch strip off my roof and these metal pieces are made exact to fit a 60 foot section. Because I say I won't let him fix this with caulk he says I refuse to let him fix my problem and is done talking to me. I had oil all over my new floor from their machine leaking all over it. Floor dry did not fix the oil stains. Yet he collected his full pay and says I'm hard to please. I asked him to install my building according to the plans he was given and he refused. So I have to hire someone else to fix his mistakes so I can secure my building properly. I have rain coming in and 1/4 inch gaps around some of my door openings. My ridgecap got bent in half and his son still installed it. The saw they used to cut a piece messed up the metal and I have rust on my 3 month old building where it scared the metal. . I did not hire him. He was put as my installer when I purchased my building..
