When we moved into our new home we wanted to extend our patio so I used Daniel Gruenwald. Unfortunately Daniel Gruenwald has failed to pay the Concrete company for the cement he poured for our patio. Now the Concrete company is threatening us with a lien on our property. We paid Daniel Gruenwald and gave him an extra $100 because we thought he was an honest hard working man. But this is how we get repaid. What kind of law is it that says we have to pay HIS unpaid bills?
