06252016: Start Ceiling inspection for any signs of mold due to faulty vents. Upon inspection, there was visible signs of water damage in the back office on the ceiling. 1 x 3 Ft sections. { Just water Staining } Bathroom had major Flies around the Skylight { 2x2 }, Visible Crack down corner of 2 wall joints.- 7x5 Bathroom. { Popcorn Ceiling } This could have been prior to Roofing install. Complaints of a Major smell from the owners was concerning the fact that the home had mold, mildew or residual problems. Others had the chance to smell the smell but when Nate Arrived, the smell was gone. There was a low moisture readings around the Skylight and a few edges of the room. Nothing proving completely wet but other walls did not read. Not wanting to damage the ceiling, we did a Boroscope { Video Camera } to try and find a solution. Major insulation of many types made it hard to completely tell what some items were. There was SPRAY FOAM all over the ceiling. It was hard to tell if this was a mold or factual spray foam. Its was EVERYWHERE! Notice of animal feces and sunflower seeds. Light mold on some of the backing. It was a decision to take out part of the ceiling and Insulation to ensure the best quality of workmanship from Divine Roofing. Taking the ceiling out, the ceiling above the shower, will show many other problems. No major mold to ceiling or areas. Sunflower seeds were found in the mass of insulation. Feces on top of dry wall. Possible animal death was causing the smell. { Removed all smells and possible mold } All rebuild turned out amazing. Problems solved and the Bullivants were extremely happy with the work. ALL work Complete 07162016 by Nathaniel R Lemieux / Absolute Floors & More LLC 1. Rip out Ceiling: 2x2 2. Pull all insulation. { Blown and 30R } 4 Black Bags 3. Remove 1/2 Boarder around Ceiling. 15 LF 4. Pull Glass Doors to Shower. 5. { Plastic - Tape walls and floors.} 6. Pull Metal Bottoms of Skylight base. 5 LF. Wipe all open areas down. 7. Scrape all surrounding cuts of Popcorn Ceiling. 8. Microban all open ceiling. Was able to reach over all ceilings, walls and Insulation Spayed Back office Ceiling and surrounding walls. Spayed all vents outside. { Bug repellent } Extremely thorough! 9. Second Spay a few days later. { Plastic all walls for sanding. } 10. Install insulation. 11. Install 2x2 Sheetrock. 12. Tape and mud. 13. Sanding of Mud. Extreme clean of the whole bathroom this day. 14. 2 mud Coats. 15. Install Metal Beads. 16. Sponge sanding. 17. Tape and Plastic all walls. 18. Spray texture match. 19. Paint Bathroom Ceiling. All. { 7x5 } Paint All Skylight walls. 4x2 20. Paint Back Office ceiling of water staining. 21. Pull all plastic and trash. 22. Clean Bathroom from top to bottom. No Flies or smell! Job COMPLETE!

Massive restoration to the carpet! Used a Rotovac for the initial clean followed by a truck mounted wand. Replacing the carpet in this home would have been $1800.00- 2300.00 for replacement of the carpet. Massive staining is included. Pets Stains and a few red stains. We made this home able to be rented in a timely manor. This turned out amazing!
