Unlike others, Norman's Dry Carpet Cleaning is a dry cleaning method that restores and lengthens the life of your carpet. This is because it is a dry method, which also means as soon as the job is complete you can walk on your carpet! How it works: Norman's Dry Carpet Cleaning uses HOST sponges; a soft, natural product that is plant-based and works in much the same way as a regular sponge. They are slightly moistened with water and a blend of environmentally responsible ingredients. This provides the necessary moisture to clean in a controlled way. First, the sponges are applied to the surface to break down any oils, dissolve dirt and pull them away from the carpet fibers. Next, the HOST Machine is run over the surface using counterrotating brushes to work the sponges into the carpet fibers. Then the sponges are extracted. After the cleaning you may notice small amounts of sponges remaining, but they are not harmful and will continue to work when you vacuum next!
