  | Full Joyce Replacement | Apr 2017 | We were able to save our client from Replacing there complete deck by lifting the deck screws and releasing the hangers from below the deck. Once the existing rotted Joyce were free we are able to replace all of the existing 46 Rotted Joyce. We also tied up some lose ends for our client by building a new wood landing and stair treads to ensure her safety and make sure all parts of this deck system are safe and ready for another 20 years. | $5k | Monument, CO |
  | Joyce Replacement and Paint | Apr 2017 | Home Advisor advised my client that the deck was sagging. To fix the problem I raised half the deck boards and replaced the rotted Joyce below. After the new pressure treated Joyce were installed we replaced the old decking with new red wood decking. Once the deck sag issue was addressed we did a color match of the existing deck and gave the entire deck a primer and new top coat of paint.
