Garden of the Gods - Residential Bathroom | Jun 2015 | We took out old shower tile, floor tile, heating mat, closet carpet, and old backsplashes. The install included: shower, shower pan (demo and install), heating floor mat, floor tile, closet tile, tub surround, floor base/bullnose, toilet wall backsplash, and powder room backsplash. Tub surround and shower pan were done with rock inlay. This project included a lot of inlay/accents. | $4k | Colorado Springs, CO
Custom Home NE Co Spgs | Apr 2015 | We did all of the tile work in this custom home. This includes all bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen, backsplashes, shower pans, shower wall tile, and hallways. This work was very intricate, and took about a month. Most tile was laid in a pattern (diamond set, 1/3 offset, etc.). | $10k | Colorado Springs, CO
Personal Project - Our home - Basement | Apr 2015 | We did our own basement. Therefore, we only had to pay for the price of material. This project included the laundry room, bathroom, back entry way, and hallway. There is still carpet (theater carpet) in the living room/TV space. These were just 12*12 inch tiles, without a special pattern (ie. brick lay, diamond set, etc.). This project took less than a week to complete. Eventually, we will replace the theater carpet, and install a neutral color carpet. | $1k | Colorado Springs, CO
Residential Shower Pan | Mar 2015 | We ripped out a plastic shower pan, and took off the first row of wall tiles (the plastic shower pan had a bad crack in it). We built a custom concrete shower pan, and installed mosaic shower pan tiles on the bottom, and replaced the first row of wall tiles. After this was complete, we reinstalled the glass shower door. This project took two days to complete. | $500 | Colorado Springs, CO
Residential Kitchen | Feb 2015 | This was about a 400 square foot kitchen. We took out the existing floor, and replaced it with large (20*20 inch tiles). This job took about 3 days to complete. We also did a bathroom and hallway, however did not get pictures. | $5k | Colorado Springs, CO |
