ZERO Stars ! HomeOwner BEWARE !! Preditorial Contractors !! Ryan Witt did not finish the job and demanded to be paid before job was done. Also, my door was installed crooked, no jam, one screw on hinges ( both doors), and no trim installed. Worst carpentry I've ever seen.   Ryan did not have tools when he arrived and used mine often without my consent.  He was highly unprepared and constantly asking for help.  I never saw many of the tools he used after he was gone. Expensive tools went missing during his time in my home.  He has an attitude that is unpleasant and often looks confused as to the next steps to take. He was paid to install drywall and stated he was not going to do drywall and not refunding that portion that homeowner had already paid.  Ryan eventually left after damaging both doors and missing tools from inside my home never were found. Ryan was the only contractor there.  I am stuck with half done project that Ryan was paid to install, and an exterior door that is crooked, so does not close without forcing it.   Ryan is reckless during a work day and my new metal doors suffered multiple scratches, are not level, and dont lock. Additionally, Ryan installed a large bolt in the bottom of the doors where it is supposed to deadbolt to floor. This bolt prohibited being able to lock the door.  The door is a double exterior door and the doors are not aligned to be even with each other.  These mistakes and many more of his careless blunders cost me a lot of money.
