A1 Heating & A/C

If I could put zero stars I would. He completely screwed us over, right after we had a new baby. We hired him because my husband is self employed and works off of referrals--we like to support small businesses. We gave Randy so many opportunities to be straight with us--but he would not. He was unresponsive, unreliable and did not finish the job. His tools are still at our house! He blamed it on his employee, but could have made it right but just saying "hey, I'm in over my head, it will take some time" we would have been ok with that. Instead, he just kept promising to come by and finish and never did. WE had JUST had a baby and paid him half up front while I was still in the hospital. We then paid him the rest so he could go to Vegas on vacation with the promise he would come back and finish the next week. He never contacted us, we spoke to him multiple times, but he would never show up. This was such a disappointment because we really tried to support another small business...we don't have a lot of money. We had to pay someone else to come and make sure all was done correctly. What kind of person does this?

Randy was very friendly and helpful in installing our A/C. We appreciated his quickness and skill.

Very professional company. They explained everything and got the job done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them.
