The Heat Depot

Purchased a new Furnace/AC Unit from Heat Depot and now I am unable to acquire warranty services thru them. WORST company I have ever had to deal with. I have called, emailed etc multiple times to have my furnace and AC unit tune-ups per the warranty and NO ONE will call me back OR they want to charge me $. Stay away from them...they are crooks!

The Heat Depot installed our AC/Furnace, Water less heater and new Gas lines in 2018. We could not be happier. I am not an employee or friend....I am a customer (Evergreen)

I made three appointments with this company and they did not show three times in a row with no call to say they are not coming. All they do is make excuses one after the other other.

I have faintest idea why these people gave these Co a good review. Maybe the owner tells or gives the employees money to Wright reviews. Go to yelp an d it will tell you a more honest review. The tech cam out and did a maint program. He basically did nothing but clean the front panel of the un it.The next day the unit would not work. Sent out another guy then he did something he seemed very high. In fact he was very high. The next day no heat again on unit. They sent the owner Mike out and he tried to sell me a whole new unit. He did smell of alcohol. I finally utubed it and came to find out thatit was my igniter was dirty. Cleaned it myself and has worked well ever since.Bottom line these people are scammer liers cheaters and thief's. What ever you do don't believe any thing they are selling you.
