Wellness Walk-In Tubs

Run away from these crooks! I hired this company in December 2021. We have signed the agreement, I paid deposit then they disappeared for two weeks. After calling and emailing on a daily basis, I got them to start working. However, the team was not showing up weeks at a time and I had to literally drag them to the work site. Sean, the owner keep adding cost to the the main project, asking more money, so $52,000 project turned into $70,000 deal. He also, kept demanding payments upfront, justifying it as "material heavy" phase. Last month payment brought my total to $62,000, but the project was nowhere close to being done. So, I say him down and explained that there will be legal consequences if they continue ignoring me instead of providing promised service. Then they picked up their tools and left. On the same day I received an email stating that they do not feel comfortable coming back to work site. Please review all BBB complaints as well as other customers reviews prior to making decisions to hire this company! Google: Criminal investigation into Wellness Walk-in Tubs: Here is another issue - not pulling required permits. It was on local news, please google it! Judgments against this company and its owner, Sean Welch are public record. Please google and review what he has done to his clients! Amusingly, having 4 BBB complaints, criminal investigation, complaints to Pikes Peak Regional Building Department, this guy is still working… :(

Poor work quality.

Not licensed to do electrical or plumbing, very poor work

Terrible company, terrible work also committed fraud against TRE waiver, charged for numerous items they did not do, and also charged 4K for electrical work, permitting and inspection, after 4 months the City stated they never pulled any permits nor are they licensed to do electrical or plumbing, so now it’s time to go to state to file fraud and now I have to pay to have work redone properly and permitted. Attached is some if there sloppy work that they charged 16k for. My disabled child could have done better being blind
