Whole house painting was prepared well but detail work was sloppy. Also had a problem about the paint rubbing off. They sent someone to look at it and never heard from them again, even after multiple reminders. So much for their "guarantee"

My rental property was in need of a power-wash and re-stain late last summer. Being a geographically separated owner, I wanted a to work with professionals I could trust. This past summer I hired Five Star to paint my office building here on the Air Force Academy. I knew the job was going to be a difficult because my facility is completely occupied, on a military base and most of the offices are in a secure area. Several companies declined the job based on one or more of these reasons. Five Star was actually the first company to come out to bid the job. But after meeting Mark and walking the job with him I knew he was the guy I was going to hire. He was very professional and knowledgeable and he had answers for all my questions without me having to ask. He had obviously been around the block a time or two and knew what he was doing. It made me comfortable hiring him. His painting crew was just as professional and did a great job. They had to move cubical furniture in order to paint many of the spaces and every morning the offices were just the way they were left the night before. Not only did they do a great job cleaning up after themselves but the paint looked great. When I did the final walk before they left I only found 5 places they needed to touchup which they did immediately and on a facility this size that saying something.
