Had Jarad paint over a water spot in a lower room below the kitchen that the refrigerator water inlet valve sprung a leak. Jarad responded quickly to the first and only contact. he was on time to the agree job and had taken care of the furniture and contents of the room. I am empress with Gateway painting that the next job to paint the kitchen and TV room after the holidays are over.

**Review of Jared from Gateway Painting LLC** I found myself in a bit of a predicament after taking down two kitchen walls and requiring urgent drywall repair. I had initially hired another contractor (not Jared) for the task, but unfortunately, their work left much to be desired. Enter Jared from Gateway Painting LLC, whom I found on Thumbtack. From the outset, Jared proved to be an absolute professional. Punctuality seems to be a rare trait these days, but Jared arrived on time, ready to tackle the botched job in my kitchen. His professionalism was evident not just in his punctuality but also in his meticulous attention to detail. One of the first things that struck me about Jared was his excellent communication skills. He was not only personable but also very clear in explaining the entire repair process to me. He took the time to walk me through each step, ensuring I understood what was being done and why. His expertise in drywall repair was unmistakable, and he took immense pride in his work. Jared went above and beyond to ensure the job was done to the highest standard. He meticulously prepped and sanded all surfaces, ensuring the drywall compound blended seamlessly. To protect my personal belongings, he laid down plastic throughout the work area and even set up a plastic barrier to minimize dust and overspray. What truly sets Jared apart, however, is his deep knowledge and experience in his field. With twenty years under his belt, he's not someone who merely skimmed a few YouTube tutorials and decided to set up shop. He understands the nuances of drywall repair, from the correct materials to the precise mixture needed for each coat to achieve a flawless finish. His techniques for achieving the perfect texture and feather on the drywall were both impressive and enlightening. Jared's honesty and transparency were refreshing. He was upfront about any potential issues or areas that might require extra attention, providing me with options and explaining the associated costs and timeframes. This level of transparency instilled confidence in me, and I felt reassured throughout the entire process. Throughout the project, Jared was incredibly easy to communicate with. He listened attentively to my concerns, offered valuable insights, and kept me updated every step of the way. His commitment to customer satisfaction was evident, and I couldn't be more pleased with the final result. In conclusion, Jared from Gateway Painting LLC exceeded all my expectations. The repaired ceiling looks impeccable, and you'd never be able to tell there were once unsightly holes there. I am 100% satisfied with Jared's work and wouldn't hesitate to hire him again for any future drywall, painting, or texturing needs. If you're looking for a true master of his craft, Jared is your guy. Highly recommended!
