Our House Painters have also helped in many community projects such as "Extreme Make Over: Home Edition" and various other community driven charity projects. To get these outstanding ratings and achievements it shows that we go above what is expected of a typical paint company and give the best experience possible while offering the longest warranty in the community.

From the bid process to the end result, we couldn't be more satisfied as homeowners. Brian is a professional and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, gave us an affordable quote, and his team delivered entirely on what he promised... We researched companies for over a month to come repair the stucco on our home and paint the exterior of the house...We settled on the Paint Doctor after receiving a competitive bid and amazing customer service from the get-go... They made it easy for us from the beginning, the bid process, the prep work, all the way through to the finished project, which took just a week to complete! Amazing... If you're lucky enough to score Chad to complete your project on-site, you're in for a treat! He's got an amazing work ethic & was a pleasure to have around our home...he was efficient, professional, and did a great job fixing and finishing the exterior of our home! Thank you Paint Doctor, we are so pleased with the outcome & grateful we chose you to bring new life to our exterior...would highly recommend to anyone looking for a paint company!

Melissa came and gave us an estimate and also the news that our home had extensive hail damage on all sides. It explained why my house looked so bad. She also made a trip out to meet with our second insurance adjuster because our first was blind to the damage. We had other quotes and no one else had mentioned the hail damage. The second adjuster came and also found extensive hail damage on the roof. Because of her visit, repairs to my home of over 20K were paid by the insurance company. Oscar and his crew were very professional. They repaired some damaged wood, primed, and painted my home and stained my fence. I learned from reading reviews of painting in general that you should make sure you look at everything. That made sense to me. So when it was time for the walkthrough I was very thorough. They touched up, or fixed etc. everything that I brought to their attention. We then did a second walkthrough to make sure everything was done that was found in the first walkthrough. They left me with a home that I can feel proud of.

I was a repeat customer (2015) and made the mistake of not getting estimates for painting one floor of my house (1200 square feet to include ceilings). I was charged $3,802!!! The painters needed to be called back 3 times to finish the job (i.e., hole in wall that was not repaired, textured, or painted, paint on new carpet) and even the last time he was called back he left paint stains on the carpet [again], and a package of light bulbs went missing. The house was empty (no furniture to move), no doors or molding were painted, and I was assured the new carpeting would be covered. Paint Doctor Inc, The Response 08/17/2018 Mr. ******* is upset about a price that he was aware of prior to us starting. In fact we even gave an additional discount prior to starting to work on the numbers more for him. Per Mr. *******'s request he wanted to use ************* paint instead of regular paint which is an upgrade charge (which he was made aware of the price prior to work beginning). He also had requested that all drywall patches be performed with a hopper because he didn't want the texture cans to be used. That means that all of the drywall patches that we performed had to be done with a hopper which always costs more money. We had to have 2 crews over there because of this, one for drywall work to use the hopper and one for painting. This added to the cost, which once again he was aware of prior to work being performed. He had called us with an emergency to have his house painted immediately, we are usually 3 weeks out or longer and we rearranged our entire schedule to start him the day after he accepted. Customer Response 08/17/2018 I have no recollection of using the term "emergency", but I do remember saying I was going to hire a company who can get the job done fast. Of course The Paint Doctor rearranged their schedule to maximize profit from a prior customer who trusted them. The Paint Doctor discount was $100, I believe so initially it was the estimate was over $3,900. The Paint Doctor complains extra costs for drywall repairs and my selected paint but I estimate this only costs $615 (see below) leaving them $3,200 to paint one floor. No where on the contract did Paint Doctor state they were going to skyrocket their rate because I wanted the job started. It was not until several of my friends at the Military base I worked at spoke up because they had recent paint jobs - and they did not have a problem with their painters spilling paint on a new carpet. $216 - The "drywall repairs" consisted of tape and texture of a 3 foot thin line where two sheets of drywall met, "smearing" mud into a hole a door knob made (instead of repairing with a piece of drywall), and sanding and re-texturing about 3 square feet (I have pictures ready to send). I estimate this took 2 or at most 3 hours. Tri-City drywall is probably the best company in Colorado Springs and charge $72 per hour for these small jobs ($72X3=$216). $399 - Sherwin Williams Duration Interior Satin paint goes for $332 for 5 gallons as of 17 Aug 18, and The Paint Doctor estimated it would be a 10 gallon job. I offered to buy the paint because the Sherwin Williams had the paint on sale 40% off. The Paint Doctor rep said no, they could get it for a better price. [($332X2) X .6 = $399] The Paint Doctor repeats their BBB response below, and elaborates on what rooms the "10-gallons" of paint was used on (less the paint they dropped on the new carpet). In essence, the Paint Doctor confirms I should of gotten estimates from OTHER reputable companies. Further, Paint Doctor states I got a "very fair deal" but asks to get this review removed. If they want this complaint to go way, they can refund me the difference for the AVERAGE that two reputable paint companies would have charged for the job, or offer me a 35% refund (more than likely a better deal for them). Caveat emptor - sort ALL google reviews from lowest to highest and look at the recent dates.
