Maintenance 101 LLC

I have made my complaint of Mike and his un professionalism to the BBB.

I am shocked, over-burdened, and very disappointed with the experience I had with and the workmanship of Mike, the owner of Maintenance 101. My two young sons, 7 and 2, have been without a tub to bathe in for over a month and still cannot use the tub due to Mike’s workmanship and negligence to resolve the situation. Mike has made me feel like a 3rd class customer; has made me question his intentions, honor, and integrity; has shown he will not take responsibility for or guarantee his work; has proven to me that he is not dependable and is not interested in keeping me as a customer. I am not confident in MIke’s work or integrity. As an Angie’s List member, and Colorado Springs community member, I cannot with good conscience recommend Mike and Maintenance 101 to other Angie’s List members/Porch.com members or to my neighbors in Colorado Springs.

I have used Michael's services on four occasions and always had a great experience. He is responsive, professional, highly skilled, reliable and competitively priced. I am so glad to have found him and will use his services more in the future. He has done both electrical and plumbing work for me, always with perfect results.
