Dan is also a member of the local Better Business Bureau, the Housing & Building Association of Colorado Springs, the Remodelor's Council, and the National Association of Home Builders. Dan is licensed to operate as a General Contractor in the state of Colorado. His license number is #13650. All Johnson Custom Renovations insurance policies are current. Workman's Comp is carried through Pinnacol Assurance, and the Commercial General Liability and Property Damage policy is underwritten by National Farmers Union Inc. All certificates are available for your review. Dan enjoys a good working relationship with the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department, and knows exactly which permits are required for your job. He is very thorough in taking care of these items for you.
