We had excellent services. We had roof gutters and siding. John Barbour stayed in touch, did follow up and we were highly pleased with everything.

PCI was referred to us by a friend after the damaging hail storm in July. I contacted Linda, who was recommended by our friend. She scheduled Ryan to come out and give us an estimate on the damage done. I called Ryan after he had been there (I wasn't present) and he informed me that he was working on the estimate and would be in touch soon. The way he made it sound was that he was close to wrapping it up. I didn't hear back from him for a days, so I called again. The person that answered the phone at PCI (not sure of her name) said that she would pass the message on. Another week goes by, no call. I call again. Same thing. They say they'll pass on the message. Which brings us to today. I call back and talk with Nora(?) to tell PCI how disappointed I am and she tells me (keep in mind, I'm not blaming her, she was perfectly nice) they have no record of the messages I've left for Ryan or any other inquires. I just wanted to say thank you for nothing besides wasting my time. I understand that the past storm has everybody extremely busy, but a simple phone call would have been nice.

Service with a smile! PCI in Colorado Springs helped me with a roof leak and drywall damage. PCI gave me a roof replacement, because I had T-Loc shingles with a leak on one slope of my roof. The roofing specialists at PCI worked with my insurance company to get the entire roof paid for, instead of just the portion with a leak. Then PCI repaired my drywall and allowed me to pick a new paint color on the repaired wall, now I have a sweet ascent wall! PCI is a safe, professional, and courteous company. Experts in restoration and very knowledgable General Contractors. My kitchen flooded from a burst pipe when I was out of town. PCI did water mitagation, mold remediation, hardwood floor replacement, drywall repair, and painting! I was so impressed with PCI that I hired them to remodel my master bathroom with granite countertops, hardwood floors, and new cabinets. On both of the projects PCI finished on time and on budget!
