They came in the middle of the night and stopped the flooding in my home. They worked with my insurance to be sure my house was ready to be rebuilt properly and they did the rebuild too. It was nice only working with 1 company the whole way through. My basement looks great and I couldn't be happier.

If I could give them zero stars I would. The came in my home the beginning of September to do a dry out and some contracting work. The dry out took over 6 weeks and when I called and asked about why taking so long the blamed it on the weather in Colorado. I had no bathrooms and kitchen for more then 2 months, waiting for them to do the work. The were allowed access into my home by lock box and had access for over 3 months and still could not get the work completed. They damaged several of my appliances in my home(which they did replace after over a month of bugging them about them). The did tile work which they supposedly fixed. The tiles are uneven and the grout is cracked and breaking all over the place. The transition plates are not placed correctly, door is not place correctly. Paint on tiles in the downstairs bathroom. Now they are demanding payment for the awful work, and are refusing to fix anything saying its all my fault why the tile is not even. I will be filing complaints with the contractors board, and the BBB. If you are planning to use them, I would beware and do not pay them until the work is done and do your liking.
