Basically in a nutshell, it was a bad job. I live in Pueblo and had zede do a complete re-roof and gutters in 2022. The roof failed inspection 2 times in a row. The installers even installed damaged shingles instead of buying more and doing it correctly. What really blew my mind is when zede wanted payment even though it was failing inspection. The gutters were not set to drain properly and several downspouts leak. For my future roofing and gutter needs I will be going elsewhere for obvious reasons.
