Montana Custom Interiors, LLC, began operation in 1988, and has expanded greatly since then. Nancy has worked through several phases of growth since then, and has remodeled and/or redecorated dozens of properties in and around the Flathead Valley. Her wonderful crew can do big or small jobs, from building you a house, garage, deck or extension to your home, to installing a new tiled walk-in shower, a wonderful new kitchen, new furniture, flooring, window coverings, painting, and fireplaces. Nancy coordinates the independent contractors to be sure the painter comes on time, the builder has the materials he needs, and the tile-setter has uninterrupted time to work. Nancy also does some interior design, and interior decorating. She works with the client to pick the best flooring, furniture, paint color, cabinets, and anything else with which the client needs help. The labor is guaranteed for one year from date of completion, and each product installed usually has a warranty of its own. Nancy and usually one contractor come to the project site and visit with the owner. Nancy takes pictures, notes and finds out exactly what is needed. She and the contractor also make suggestions for how to improve the property. She keeps within the client's budget as much as possible, and does not insist on having her own way, but always defers to the client's wishes. She strives to have NO unhappy clients, and that works very well. Nancy writes up the notes and emails them to the client for changes and suggestions. She will then put prices to the work being considered and will ask that the client sign a contract spelling out both parties' obligations.
