This man is a con artist a typical lying POS contractor do not use him. He did a job for me did not do what I ask ended up replacing 2.5 sheets of sheet rock and fixing maybe 20 ft of linear cracks, I know he worked no more then 25 hrs and gave me a bill for 4,500 $. Now simple math 150 material 2 men x 25 hrs = 50hrs that's means that him and his helper each make 87$ an hour for drywall work, and his thought that was rational. I refused to pay it and told him I'd pay 3,000 on this 1,500dollar job, he lied to the person I had writing the check and told them 3,500 dollars, he cashed the check before I could do a stop payment.
