Chun-Fa Tan founded the architectural design firm, IMT Architecture + Design, LLC, in 2011 after 30+ years of architectural practice to provide full architectural services to a wide range of clientele with special emphasis on sport, healthcare, education and research facilities. The firm currently receives the DBE/MBE certification in State of Maryland and SWaM certificate from Commonwealth of Virginia. The firm was awarded the distinguished Mid -Atlantic region Top 100 Minority Business Enterprise award in 2014 and Greater Baltimore Committee's Bridging the Gap Achievement award in 2015. in additional to these public acknowledged awards, the firm also was warded by online professional service provider (www.Thumbtack.com) as best service professional in the service regions.
