First Choice Moving and Storage

I have to say that it was a pleasure watching Paul and Marcus from First Choice Moving and Storage at work. They are a well-oiled machine that know their job and all the tricks and tips to make any move less complicated for the client. The way they handled all my large furniture items and bulky cabinets up and down stairs showed me that they put a lot of thought and care into ensuring that things aren’t damaged. (I don’t know – do they take classes for this sorta thing or what??) I was moving a two-bedroom apartment in North Carolina to a double-story house in Maryland.

Very glad to get a pair of movers who were willing to put in the extra work so I could get finished in time for an important appointment. Vincent and Paul made sure that they delivered and unpacked ahead of the time that I had initially requested when I told them that I had to reschedule. This was for a fairly large move of a 3-bedroom house to New York from Alabama. This is the small effort on the part of a company that turns one-time users like me into lifetime billboards for their service. Kudos, First Choice Moving and Storage and thank you again.

I have no doubt that I will be using First Choice Moving and Storage again after the great move they did for us. We were moving from Georgia to Virginia and just the thought of packing and loading, then unloading and unpacking our 5-bedroom house was giving us nightmares. When we called these guys, they had an assessor come in and give us an estimate. That estimate was just slightly off from the final cost, which was really impressive for a house this size. The movers, Brian and Ryan, did a fantastic job in terms of speed and care for our things.

We are writing this review to say thank you to First Choice Moving and Storage and especially our movers, Jake and Vincent. They did an excellent job of a complicated move and were quick, professional and polite all the way. Rebecca from customer service was also very helpful with her input and coordination right from the first day. This was our first time using any moving company and we are very relieved that it was such a positive experience. If we ever have to move again, we will definitely use First Choice Moving and Storage.
