Major Brand Appliances

If you can't drive to my location to service my LOWE'S appliance with warranty, the least you could do is let me know you're not coming so I wouldn't spent my ENTIRE day off waiting for you, AND you could answer your phone, or call me back. I guess you don't need the money, or maybe you don't have the skill to do the repair. I live hust inside Pearl River county on Hwy 43, I go to Columbia all the time

This company has very poor service and never answers the phone. I wish I could’ve gave 0 stars ⭐️

This was the most unprofessional person. He never does what he says he is going to do. Lowe’s should break the contract with him. If you need repairs done and they say Major Brand Appliances tell them NO , do not let them send him out. You will never get your appliances repaired. The rating should be negative nothing positive about this experience.
