Flooring shopper BEWARE!!! We used this company and had an absolutely awful experience. They began an install job at our house at the end of August 2020. At the end of the first week in September they said they would return to complete the job, meaning finish the stairs (treads). Keep in mind we had paid them $5100.00 up to this point. We have reached out to Casey the owner for several months now. Only to get the same run around every time via text saying he hasn't forgot about us. As of today he won't even respond to my or my wife's text. The bottom line is we agreed on a price for the job which Casey Joiner has not nor does he seem to be willing to honor. He took our money and ran! As of today's date he is refusing to complete the job!! Also, one thing that was very shocking was I myself overheard one of his employees making sexual remarks about my wife!! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!
