Had a new construction home built and the contract guaranteed a certain amount of grass to the front and back of the lot. Got more pinestraw in the front than anything and no debris removal was conducted. The shrubs we picked were planted into clay with no topsoil whatsoever and we never got the sod that was supposed to be laid in the back yard. I asked for an invoice showing an itemized list of the work that was being done and still have not been provided one. Not sure how they have a 5 star rating on here, so stay away at all costs.
