Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I have been trying to contact mr Crowell for the past 3wks about an issue on my roof that he did and is still under warranty. He has said numerous times he was coming out but still no show. He even said he would send one of his workers because he has now stated he has broke his hip Aug 26,2020, still no show. He lied to me in 2017 and never gave me my referral fee of $250, which he lied and said it was in the mail, he was going to drop it off and oh he couldn’t bring it that day because his son had brain surgery. It’s very sad to trust someone to do quality work for you but instead robs you. All I’m asking you to do is honor your warranty & your work and stop lying to hard working taxpayers who put our trust in sumone who’s suppose to honest. He was goes under FNS Construction &/or now ALA Construction. Just do right by the people that entrust their business to you so u can have a business! Do not Hire Mr. Cortese Crowell is a liar, and a thief. Hired him to my roof , fence and window and then some outside wall and interior wall work. Gave him a $6000 dollar deposit and then the fun times began. He will not answer his phone once you give him money, he will lie to you and tell his phone is broke or a death in the family, who does that? The work that was done was sub standard, and will cost me to fix his mess. I have tried to get a refund of my money and no luck , I have my lawyer involved now and we will see how much he runs than when we go to court. I would give him negative stars if I could. Last contact that he actually talked to me was 6 Nov, 2018 and that was only because I called from a number he didn't know.
