I have purchased three doors from C.W. Miller and called to have a call service done on my overhead door. I was told I would have someone call me the next week with the time the service staff would be there. No call on Monday, so on Tuesday I called and was told I was tenably scheduled for Wednesday and I would get a call in the morning letting me know the time of the service. At two o'clock no call, I called them and was told the appointment was tenably and they were not coming. I was not happy with the person handling their service appointments and told the person I was not happy with their lack of help, so the person hung-up on me This is not how you treat customer who has done business with you for thru last twenty years.
