Frank did an amazing job. He pointed out bigger things as we walked the house. His report was really easy to read and the issues all had locations as to where the problems were

Very helpful. Looked everywhere including attic. Answered all my questions. Report was long but surprisingly easy to read. Did the radon test, he said this area is usually high and he was right. Glad we got it done

He was very thorough with his inspection and went over the things that he was seeing. The house was in good shape but he still took a lot of photos. Some he said were just to show everything was working that day in case I needed it later for my home warranty. Really easy to talk to and understand. Hopefully I won't need to hire him again soon but I will definitely recommend him.
