My air conditioner wasn't working and I called Midwest. The tech they sent was professional, friendly and thorough. It turned out there wasn't a real serious problem and he was able to get things running again. He did show me, though, how to keep a watch on my older unit which, according to him, had provided unusually lengthy service. He left me an extra filter and the service charge was reasonable. I'll be using them for future furnace / AC needs.

I've dealt with Midwest several times. They replaced the roof & gutters on my 2-story home several years ago. The job was done quickly and professionally. We've had absolutely no problems. A few months ago, they installed high efficiency central air conditioning in our existing furnace, which allowed us to retire 3 much lower efficiency window A/C units. Our home is much more comfortable, and our electric bill this year was much lower than it's been in previous years. Shortly after installing the central air, our furnace was destroyed by a 22-inch deep flood in our basement. They replaced our 10 year old furnace with a higher efficiency unit, which I expect will save us a lot on our heating bills this winter, too. All the work they've done for us has been done very quickly, courteously, and professionally with no mess left behind.

Our air conditioner stopped working so we had a technician come out. He was very professional and was able to fix the problem right then and we had air back that very day.
