Thought Sam was a honest contractor. He was 90% done with my tree removal and said he would be back Saturday to finish so I paid him 100%. He never came back will not return my call and I am not happy with the finished stump work.

Original post 05/06/21: Wife setup an appointment to meet and discuss about landscaping the backyard. The guy “Sam” never showed up and didn’t have the decency to call to cancel. He asked my wife a bunch of questions that seems to be gauging our budget. Sam is definitely unprofessional and had no respect for any of his customers. My wife only gave target budget but we were still open to going over that if we had a better idea of what design of the backyard we were wanting to go with… I’m glad he didn’t show up and not have to deal with such a horrible person and business model. I would give this guy and his business zero star if possible. Beware, he also ask my wife if we can pay cash. Sounds fishy. Edited 05/07/21: Yes, Sam didn’t speak to me but to my wife and and when he found out from her that we were getting “estimates” and “found out our budget”, he quickly hung up on her. There were no exchange of the words that were mentioned in his reply to this review about offering help if those estimates didn’t come through. Just this false statement, I would confidently say how unprofessional he is. Just have the decency to let the customer know that you will not be honoring the appointment and wasting their time waiting. Thank you.

The worst experience, extremely unprofessional work/ behavior. I would not recommend them to anyone.It is a waste of your money .

Sam was on time for our appointment. Fixed our sprinkler issue at a very reasonable price. We were so pleased that we hired him for future work.
