ABC Heating and Electric

We paid nearly $10,000 only 5 months ago - and the motor was faulty. Took over 3 weeks to get them here to fix it. They didn't install the surge protector we requested. They replaced the faulty motor and told me they are charging me labor for fixing it. I told her that they were paid $10,000 to install a working unit and that until it's working correctly, I shouldn't have to pay for labor and travel for them to fix the faulty motor. She aid that not only do I have to pay labor, but they didn't install the surge protector so they will have to make ANOTHER trip and charge for that too. When we bought the unit, we were told the first year had free labor and the parts are covered under the warranty. After a year, without a special policy, we would be expected to pay labor costs and the parts would still be under warranty. It took them over 3 weeks to get here to fix the faulty motor and we were without a furnace all that time with ice on the water troughs and we had snow. We weren't a priority because we ALREADY PAID IN FULL so they were only interested in new business they could get payments from. Now, they want to charge for labor that should be covered and another trip. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!! Once they get your money, they don't care about you. The Carrier people recommended R & R in Spokane and that's who we're going to now
