Our Businesswas formedIn 1989 Howard Rose and James Quinn began their voyage into the flooring business under the name Ace Flooring Services. A decision was made in 1993 to change the business name to Heritage Floor Sanding for a more historical sounding image for the business. Almost 23 years later we are proud to be one of the finast and well respected flooring contractors on Long Island delivering quality service and using only the finast quality materials to deliver the best possible product for our customers.
