Early March 2021, the owner, Saul Villeda, visited my lot to give an estimate to trim two large trees. I was quoted a nice rate at $600. I asked him to come back for another quote to add on additional work: removing the volunteer mulberries along the fence line and flatten a stump. I was given the quote of $700. On March 8, Saul and his crew came out. They did an amazing job and even keep the rate the same after I asked for additional bushes to be pulled. They went above and beyond and I tipped them nicely to compensate and paid in full. The owner said he would be back with a grinder to remove the stump and the mulberries they couldn't get out manually. His employee came out on 3/15 to grind the stump and remove the mulberries. His employee told me he couldn't remove the mulberries closest to the fence with the grinder and they would have to be dug out manually. I contacted Saul and he said he would be back out on 3/17. No one showed up. I reached out again and he said he would be out on 3/18. No one showed up. When I contact him via text he will respond saying he is planning to come back out but that he is very busy making money and didn't have time. To top it off, he routinely called me names such a "honey" and "baby." I was also told by Saul when he was working on the tree, that I could help by climbing up...but I had to wear a skirt.

Had a huge tree removed from my yard. Sal the owner took care of business and did an outstanding job for me. I would recommend him highly.
