Our Policies We will never accept or ask for payment before our work is 100% complete. We will furnish you with copies of our license and proof of insurance. We will furnish you with references. You will be dealing directly with the owner of the company throughout your project. We will co-ordinate our schedule with you prior to starting your project. We will complete your project on time unless delayed by weather. We know that a paint job is only as good as the preparation. We will thoroughly prepare all surfaces prior to painting by washing, sanding, caulking, and filling. We will replace all rotted boards prior to painting. We will secure any loose boards we find with screws. If we find more wood to replace than is on our original estimate we will notify you. We will use only high quality products and we will use them as specified by the manufacturer. We never water down paint, or do anything else to cut corners or stretch materials. We will always cover all finished surfaces prior to painting. All furniture will be covered with clean plastic. We will thoroughly check all finished surfaces when painting is complete for accidents and remove them. We use only professional quality tools and roller covers and we know how to use them. Our work will look like it was done professionally. We will not leave a mess at your house. We will clean up on a daily basis. We will treat your home better than our own.
