These homeowners wanted a screen-in porch to look out on their lake view. Great idea! We built the 18' x 13' porch and made it maintenance-free with aluminum trim. Our goal is to have projects like this blend into the home as if they have always been there. We think a wonderful new space was created!

This monotone kitchen with white laminate countertops and white, dated cabinets needed a new look to fit in with today's styles. New painted maple cabinets, Ouro Romano granite, limestone backsplash with slate/glass accents were installed, as well as new appliances and range hood.

After remodeling several other areas of the home of this busy family, it was time for the kitchen. The homeowner wanted it to be brighter, cheerier and with better storage while keeping to their budget. Bulkheads were removed. New soft-cream painted maple cabinets (ceiling height) brightened up the area. Several glass-paned cabinet doors were used for accent. New laminate countertops were used to keep in the family's budget. They love the difference!

After removing two separating walls and a staircase, space was created for an elegant european-look kitchen on the entire side of this Grand Rapids home. The major cabinets were in a soft yellow painted maple with accents of a deep red. With new appliances, lots of storage and granite countertops, the homeowners now have a wonderful gathering place.

We removed basically everything (cabinets, flooring, florescent lighting, bulkheads, tile backsplash) and opened up the kitchen for a better view by removing the overhanging cabinets. The peninsula was re-designed to include bar seating and extra storage space. Detail was added in the crown mouldings, painted valances and lighted upper wall cabinets. This family is now ready to entertain!

Some great design elements and details were used to create this wonderful space. Cherry cabinets with a russet finish were used on the perimeter and refrigerator wall. Maple with an espresso finish was chosen to highlight the island, range hood and wet bar areas. Granite countertops and tiled floors completed the look.
