APCO Paving

These guys need better training for their customer service department. I called to cancel an estimate I had scheduled. The guy who answered the phone (I am hoping was not the actual owner) clearly was not happy that I had canceled. He was very rude and hanged the phone without allowing me to put another word in. Maybe he was in a hurry? Maybe! But, how about you learn some manners!. Now days customer service is everything! I won't be calling back ever!

They took advantage of me. I brought them to repair 2 areas 10'x4' left behind by concrete work. They had me come on Friday night 6pm and by the headlights of my car, they poured the same temp slurry on the areas, sanded, took my $2500 and left even though I complained and said "its the same thing I had, not repaired, not paved, not sealed and the city of WC will NEVER ok this!, I was assured in their experience it was what was needed and would be approved or have the inspector call them" I met the inspector, he kicked it and rock flew everywhere. He said its garbage and will be a pothole in 6mth and does not match the other repairs by other contractors and our street!!! FAILED The owner was demeaning and aggressive, abusive and hung up on me as soon as I responded to explain the problem! Nice Treatment for the 45 min of work I paid them $2500 on my Friday night for.. Awful , crooks
